David Lynch's presence while Angelo composed

Hey everybody,

I've always been fascinated to read Angelo's comments about having David sit beside his Fender Rhodes as some of the original Twin Peaks musical themes were first being composed, offering words of encouragement and inspiration. Reading the DL.com track notes regarding "Dark Mood Woods" got me wondering...

Are there any nice, detailed interviews with Angelo where he discusses the composition process for the music of Twin Peaks at length? I know there's the "Creating the Music" documentary in the Gold Box which was pretty cool but is there anything more detailed than that?

I'm also wondering if anybody knows if David still maintained a presence while Angelo was creating some of the music that appeared in the "middle time" of Twin Peaks (i.e. Hook Rug Dance, High School Swing, the Windham Earle music, etc.)

Let me know if you've got any info on this.
Thanks,
Nick

There was an interview with AB on one of the Mulholland Drive DVDs that, IIRC, discusses Laura Palmer's Theme...
