I really wish they would either shit or get off the pot. A pre-order or some actual pictures like the do with everything else would be awesome. I am a very patient person, but this is taking forever.

Better chance of hearing Twin Peaks S3 soundtrack quicker than ever getting to see or hear this release.

Can't believe it has taken 2 ½ years from the announcement to actually being available to buy!

I assume that the release dates were pushed back a bit to be closer to when the new episodes will be aired. This way the soundtrack re-released coincide with the release of Mark Frost's book and - I guess - trailers and other promo for the new episodes.

And I am glad they are doing one version of this one, no limited colors, no limited online-only variants

If it's pre ordered on Wednesday will it arrive before the retail release? If not there doesn't seem to too much point in the pre order if it's not a limited version. Just thinking on saving on postage (to UK) costs.

Clearly (and sensibly on their part) there are going to be plenty of these to go round.

Was that the case? When this was announced there were no plans for the new season that anyone else was aware of and I got the impression these reissues were happening independently from the new season.
