You & I (song) heard on The Patty Duke Show

I'd recently heard this song on Patty Duke, which I watch on a channel called Antenna TV. It's all older shows, primarily from the 50's thru the early-mid 90's.
I was surprised to hear Patty singing 'You & I' on a recent episode. Lol, and here I'd thought it was original to Twin Peaks. Pattys version was very pretty, too. But I'd loved the mic-ing effect when James, Donna, and Maddy had sung it in Donna's living room.
