Falling in HD?

I was recently wondering if it would be fairly easy to recreate the Falling music video now that we have Twin Peaks in HD. The video mostly consists of shots throughout the series, with footage of Julee singing from time to time. Upon further examination though, I realized that the footage of Julee is NOT from the pilot when she sings Falling. In fact, this footage of Julee singing isn't anywhere within the series. So basically, it totally put a damper on me recreating Falling in HD.
Does anyone know when this was filmed and where?
