It will be 9:30AM here.. can't be there.
There's a place i'd like to show you. Near the ocean. It's very secluded.
I think you'll understand me better if you come with me.

Don't have the soundtrack yet myself, but if it's successful, might I suggest in future synchronized viewings of Twin Peaks episodes in the chat? :) Just an idea!

What a great idea! I love the idea of "virtually" getting together in a room and sharing the Twin Peaks experience all together...ah, the internet!

I still haven't received my CD - with some luck I will have it by Thursday. Only problem is I live in the UK, and the 7:30pm PST will be in the middle of the night for me!! So obviously I cannot attend although I really, really want to. Wouldn't it be a better idea to have it in a weekend when people in other parts of the world could join. Some of us have a job to go to in the morning and can't stay up all night.... Not only Americans visit this forum you know....

We know that a lot of Europeans visit this site and feel bad that some will be left out. But we had to start somewhere. Anybody willing to host a UK (or other country) based party, feel free to! Our chat room is always open.

I second that. This first one is sort of an experiment to see if it works. I encourage others to host their own viewing/listening parties by posting dates on the board. I will also post something on the main page once events are posted. Crossing my fingers that this turns out well.

Still no sign of the CD anywhere.......

So I wouldn't be able to join in on the chat anyway. Like always I am left on the outside.

Would it be possible for anyone to paste a transcript of the chat in this discussion board so that I can read everyone's comments tomorrow?

Sorry, MysteryMan. I hope you get your CD soon. Like we mentioned above, let's see how the US chat works. Then maybe you'd like to take charge of a UK listening party!!

Not sure about a transcript but will pass that one along to Brian. I'm sure we could post reviews.

I'll see if I can pull the chat log from the server. I just need to figure out how to do it.

Come back tomorrow for reviews. We had a great time, but I think there were more non-members in attendance! Next time, I hope our die-hards will be there. Kind of like sitting around watching episodes with friends!

It was definately a fun time! Great to listen to the CD once again from start to finish, only this time with a bunch of people who "get it." Thanks for the opportunity!
