Americana

Post by Sam Howzit »

I'm unsure if this has been discussed yet. There is a short audio clip called "Americana" on the new Twin Peaks - Coffee Blend Competition

It is clearly taken from the scene where James is leaving town on his bike (complete with motorcycle sound effects).

I wonder if "Americana" is the actual name of the track or something that the contest creators made up.

Damn, that is my number three pick for what should be on the next soundtrack. I've been calling it James' theme. Fingers crossed the presence of this cleaned up version somewhere is another good sign!

That's interesting--anybody entering the competition?

Probably not! I did it very quickly. Mine has to be one of the shortest and darkest! Can anyone else see it?

Yes, i can. It's rather funny, especially that part before Hallelujah.. :)
There's a place i'd like to show you. Near the ocean. It's very secluded.
I think you'll understand me better if you come with me.

Well, i guess if you want music, you have to use the choices they provide. So i made a new clip after drinking way too much coffee this morning!

Jerry, I'm using a hi-speed computer right now and I still can't see your stuff! Do you have to join yahoo to be able to see it? This is frustrating
