Jocelyn West song from 'Pretty as a Picture'

Post by uncle_fugly »

Does anyone know where I can find the song that Lynch and Badalamenti are working on in 'Pretty as a Picture?' It's by Jocelyn West, and I believe the song is titled 'And Still.' It wasn't on the Lux Vivens CD, and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Thanks.

Are Jocelyn West and Jocelyn Montgomery the same person?

One and the same. There used to be a website where you could hear the whole song in Real Audio. I think it was somewhere on KCRW. It is truly a great song.

David Lynch was a guest on "Morning becomes eclectic" on KCRW twice around the release of "Lost Highway" once in 1997 and once in 1998, Most of "And Still.." was played during one of the two interviews still archived at kcrw.com (links below) i seem to remember it's the episode with Chris Doritas(sp?) hosting probably the first of the two links that features the song.

So other than those radio clips, this song isn't available anywhere? I guess I didn't realize that.
