Interesting questions, I'd settle for if anyone had a ballpark idea about the budget, Lynch hasn't exaxtly been specific on the subject?

This isn't the budget, but here is the box office receipts (I'm sure it will make a ton more via DVD sales):

Opening Weekend
$27,508 (USA) (10 December 2006) (2 Screens)
€14,209 (Netherlands) (8 April 2007) (6 Screens)

Gross
$849,055 (USA) (20 May 2007)
$517,125 (USA) (8 February 2007)
$100,056 (USA) (17 December 2006)
$751,138 (USA) (sub-total)
$3,503,737 (Worldwide) (sub-total)
$2,654,682 (Non-USA) (sub-total)
€15,644 (Netherlands) (8 April 2007) (sub-total)

And some more info (some contradicts the above):

Opening Weekend: $27,508
(2 theaters, $13,754 average)
% of Total Gross: 3.2%
Widest Release: 15 theaters
Close Date: May 20, 2007

Domestic: $861,355 23.3%
+ Foreign: $2,832,478 76.7%
= Worldwide: $3,693,833
