I just finished watching Broadchurch - great crime show from UK. As good as Luther.
Not yet mentioned:
Breaking Bad
Forbrydelsen (Danish original, remade in the US as The Killing)
Only the 20 episode season 1. Season 2 was weak and 3 complete rubbish imo. Season 1 stands on its own, there is no need to watch seasons 2 & 3 afterwards.
