Desparate housewives: Kyle McLaughlin

I've been renting this series from netflix. It's just hilarious. Anyhoo, I know that Kyle McLaughlin has a role in it at some point. I've watched up to season 2, DVD 2. So far, i haven't seen Kyle. I've seen, however, a number of cameos doing their star turns, for example, bob Newhart.

I'm wondering if anybody here may have seen this series, and could tell me when Kyle's character appears. I hope he lasts quite a while!

Update: I'd just finished a DVD which had episodes from the latter part of season 2, and Kyle makes an appearance!!!

Further update: bob lives!!! Kyle's character, Orson, is evil, lol. He killed his former wife, as well as having run over a man who lives on wisteria lane. Btw, Kyle is very buff in the series. He must have bulked up from body building. I prefer him when he was the 'skinny' agent cooper...
