It's 0 degrees farenheit with a windchill of -40 or lower. Schools have cancelled. So far, we have no snow, but I know plenty of places with lots of snow.
They're playing Beachboys and Jimmy Buffet on the local radio!!

Over here it's unusually warm for this time of year. Winter is either late or not coming at all.

We did have some strong winds, but our British neighbours across the North Sea are experiencing all the flooding.
That polar vortex looks scary. Let's hope no more people get hurt. I read a news report saying at least 16 people have died already over the past days.
