Got news from Matt at Paramount Pictures on Twitter just now:

"Episodes 1/2 and 3/4 will be available "branched," same way as they aired. They'll be available as separate parts too."

So neat! Wish they would've done this with all of the discs/parts but at least there's this.

So that scene was shot in October judging from Lynch's orange Starbucks cup.

Watching the whole thing branched with disc-swaps woulda been an amazing treat. Oh well, not complaining in any case!

Weird. The complete performances at the Roadhouse without the credits seemed like a sure thing to me.

But how does this limited event series title work if there is a 4th season..

Would the name be another limited event series.
Or limited event series 2 or part 2..

See thats the very reason why it needed to be in one way be just called season 3 hence the next season if it happens at all is going to be called the 4h season anyway.

That's my fear -- that there won't be a fourth season. :( I'm happy with it ending here, but damn I want more selfishly lol.

Hey, would you mind asking him if the music performances will be available as stand alone features, with no edits and no credits?

That's because there aren't any. All usable footage was used.

They're calling it like it is because for now, this is it.

Or it will be called as Odessa:A Twin Peaks Story :D

Or it'll be DKL's exciting new project, starring Sheryl Lee and Kyle MacLachlan as they juggle five roles each in their struggle to patch together their fractured identities. The director denies any connections with the Twin Peaks universe. Laura Dern is there

I’m getting whiplash with the title changes. TP:ALES is kinda dumb. It sounds too much like it came from marketing. Kinda wish they’d just stuck with TR. I wonder what terminology we’ll eventually settle on. TP2017?

The extras sound terrific. I loved getting to watch the BTS footage of IE in Lynch2/Lynch. Based on the secrecy on this production, I didn’t expect much of that this time out. The Lauzirika piece in particular sounds so exciting.

A little disappointed in the complete lack of deleted scenes, but not remotely surprised. It really did feel like they used EVERYTHING, and any frustrating dangling threads (Audrey, Red) were too idiosyncratic not to be intentional.

The blu-ray set is going to have special packaging also.
Hopefully its not something that will have problems like the entite mystery blu-ray set with its disc holders coming apart.

David it seems does like more than just plain old blu-ray cases when it comes to any of hes films getting new releases starting with The Entire Mystery set.

Now theres 3 Criterion releases of hes films.

All of these 4 things have the digipack boxes with great artwork showing on them.
