MAPS LAUNCHED on intwinpeaks.com

Post by charles »

Well, I've finally gotten around to linking tons of filming sites to maps on google. Now everyone can finally have a solid, all-in-one-place reference guide for finding the filming locations. I should say here that I haven't posted maps to any of the private residences used in the film or series and i don't intend to...okay, aside from the Hurley residence which everybody goes to all the time anyway:) Also, there are several sites that i could never have found without the help of people who asked me at the time not to reveal their locations. Such locations, or maps leading to them, will not be revealed on my website. Alrighty, take a look and really I hope you like it!

P.S. please let me know if there are any glitches on my site

Thank you so much! That's really awesome to hear!

Keep checking back because I've added other map related items to the maps pages and will be launching the "MISC" page soon with lots of new stuff like hi-res scans of magazine covers and the like, set blunders, my reproduction prop collection, character screen capture collections and much more...

Seriously, your site blows my mind. As an Angeleno (I only live about 15 mins. from Franklin Canyon), I can't wait to go find all of these!!

That makes all my effort worth it! Glad I can help! FYI- There's a funky, low, white structure behind Glastonberry Grove that the T.P. crew covered up with brush (as did I when photographing it.) ...so don't be thrown off by that. It makes you wonder "is this the right place?" 'It is. Also, on the road away from the upper reservoir -toward nadine's field- you'll find owl pipe (and where Hawk finds Briggs coming out of the woods) if you wanna check that out.

I just went to Franklin Canyon today (it's just 15 mins. from my apartment) to check out the locations there, which was a breeze using the new map on intwinpeaks.com. It's so funny because I'd been there before and had no idea that I was walking around all of these locations. The area used for Glastonberry Grove is so much smaller than I expected; how did they fit all of those sycamore trees there?? Ditto for Windom Earle's cabin!

Incidentally, anybody know where Evelyn Marsh's house is?

Charles, have I told you lately that you are absolutely brilliant?!?!?
Your information should be published in a book where you could make some big money off of it!!!

MISCELLANEOUS launched!

Post by charles »

Hello again everybody. Hope I'm not getting too annoying posting all my updates on here, but I wanted to let you all know that I've launched the miscellaneous page on my site. It's chock-a-block full of fun media, set blunders, isolated pages of screen caps -like the picnic video, and some of my random gripes which i hope'll get a laugh out of you (wig anyone?):) Please check it out when you've got a minute...and check back because I plan to add all new stuff to the misc page in the coming weeks, months and years. Thanks!
