In the pilot on a piece of paper which was found in the carriage where Laura was killed, was written "Fire, walk with me"

Well, actually there's no comma. It's more like:

FIRE
WALK WITH ME

This has a an effect similar to including a comma. Also, when Cooper reads the note in the train car, dictating to Diane, he definitely emphasizes FIRE, followed by a pause, then WALK WITH ME, which indeed sounds very much like "Fire, walk with me".

The true meaning of walking with fire:
Shelly Johnson: “Would you like some pie?”
Gordon Cole: “Massive, massive quantities, and a glass of water, sweetheart, my socks are on fire.

It all makes sense now.
