I would like to know the origins of the featurette "Between Two Worlds". Was that entirely scripted by Lynch or the conversation just flew naturally? How did he felt revisiting his character after all these years? Also, how did he felt coming back to the series finale after a long absence of..maybe thirteen episodes? What was his perception about his charater during the finale?
