It's a beautiful thing. Thanks to those who gave the heads up that it was but a tiny, albeit very suggestive, morsel. Vibes of Jeffries.

Thanks to those giving info on the spoiler and what sort of thing it is.

Reading people getting excited about it is actually satisfying my craving for information :-)

That spoiler kind of relaxed me a bit. Season 3 is going to be perfect.

Using an actor's name in place of a character's name is very David Lynch, that made me smile. That is, I'm assuming it's his handwriting.

Maybe that actor is playing his/her self?

My dream TP product is an annotated complete script collection. They did something like this for 'The Prisoner' way back, with notes about differences from the aired versions. I'd especially love to see the early FWWM drafts (which sound fairly batshit).

Without discussing the content of the leak, I'm now very amused at the notion that the entire 18-hour script may have been handwritten. Mark has spoken before about the fact that both he and Lynch are "the guy who paces." Mark had to adapt and become "the guy who types." Maybe this time they both just scrawled furiously while pacing.

It will all end once the series airs. At this point I've gotten quite used to all the nasty nasts.

Dugpa got criticized for having a spoiler section and now not having one.

Yawn.

Having said that, i think bad coop could still have some slapstick moments. When Frost was asked what was the funniest moment for him in the show he picked out Andy with the floorboard iirc.
Like Earle was the funniest/goofiest thing in the show. Come on. I'd rather have Earle than tons of useless Andy-Lucy, Ben the Civil War General and Nadine the Superwoman stuff...
But what you're saying sounds like the writing crew practically forced Earle down Lynch's and Frost's throats. Some day, I'd love to hear an official, Lynch-Frost-confirmed genesis of the character...

I don't see what there is to complain about. If you want to discuss a spoiler, go to reddit. If you don't, or you want to discuss something else, do it here.

Something just occurred to me. Maybe this scripted scene isn't actually in the final edit? Could be hilarious in fact. I can imagine they'd be happier having that in the documentary.

It's not like we already don't have examples of TP scripts that were completely messed with when it came to shooting.

Potemkine deleted the pic, so it was obviously not supposed to be seen online...
This is - excuse me - a damn fine cup of coffee.
