We would hate to lose you this close to the show.

Must admit, I find it kind of hilarious that they felt the need to put out two different versions of that teaser.

Could just be awkward wording but the description makes it sound like the old music will be part of the new series.

So amazing. Gives me chills. I can't even put into words how excited I am to hear what Badalamenti comes up with for S3!

One for the OG fan and one for the less focused MTV generation.

Can you believe there will soon be fresh and new Twin Peaks 100% by Mark Frost & David Lynch, Angelo Badalamenti doing music and Kyle Machlachlan will reprise his role as Special Agent Dale Cooper, all this after 25 years!

A little stunned that I heard a new official version of Laura Palmer's Theme after 25+ years. On some intellectual level I knew it was coming but it's still pretty shocking when it happens. I cried a lot!

Hey all. I started a new thread in the Twin Peaks Music section about the upcoming series. It looks like the new show might have a more complex and diversified soundtrack, so with the new teaser it seems time:

Not to say we can't discuss the teaser here btw.

Dude. I can't even express my feelings right now. That tease sent shivers down my spine. IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN!
This is - excuse me - a damn fine cup of coffee.

Beautiful.

I also take it as a confirmation that the majority of the promotion is going to be crew-based. First Hawk, now Badalamenti... The teaser that they showed to the press was also described as a 'making of' style, If I remember well. So I guess we're gonna have a bunch of new videos with production designers, actors, maybe Lynch and Frost talking about the show with a few aerial shots, which is a very good way of promote the show while they're still keeping the mistery.

Cool.

Is this the first official confirmation of Badalamenti's involvement?
