Twin Peaks Questionnaire

I am currently writing a book about the influence of "Twin Peaks" on modern TV-drama. In this book, I include interviews with different TV-experts, cast- and crew-members from "Twin Peaks" and "Fire Walk With Me", some fans of the show and a number of Danish TV-creators who have all been inspired by "Twin Peaks". Finally, I include a chapter on fandom, and in that context I have made a short questionnaire that I would kindly ask as many of you as possible to fill out. It should be self-explanatory.
