Question about T-Mar Cafe aka Double RR Cafe

Very nice work!

I also have a Double R related question: does anyone know what “Mar-T” was meant to signify? I know the in-universe explanation Mark concocted in TFD, but in reality, why did Pat Cokewell name it that? What was the meaning? It’s such an odd name, and I don’t think I’ve ever heard it explained.
