Twin Peaks series deleted scenes?

Does anyone know how many and what the deleted scenes consist of for season 1 and season 2? Is there a petition to get them on the new boxed set?

I would like to see those plus the ABC promos etc...

the petition is a very good idea. if the deleted scenes aren't included on the covetous gold edition, i doubt they'll ever be officially collected. as for your query about the deleted scenes check out the thread titled twin peaks outtakes; user hugodevries has graciously listed all of the deleted scenes and alternate takes he knows of there. the list is quite impressive.

Deleted Scenes were on the original petition. Looks like they also caught wind of the news and updated the Petition page with an update.

The problem with all of these petitions is that if that IS the box art... then this dvd set is pretty much in the can. If it's being released in October, chances are it's probably all wrapped up and already (if not going soon) to be sent for mass duplication.

Well, knowing Paramount, chances are that they will release another stupid gimmick box set later on that does include them, as another way to steal money out of consumer's pockets. It actually might just happen if Paramount continue with this "Gold Edition" garbage they are now.
