Those final moments with Carl Rodd were the end of an amazing career. RIP.

Had nothing to do with the plot but I love that scene with him and the blood donating guy.

What an amazing life, so many roles undertaken, and a passion for playing music.
Alien, I'll never forget his expression beholding the creature. Roman on "Big Love." And of course TP:TR's scene with Sarah watching TV with wild animals tearing eachother up, evoked that similar one in Wild at Heart of Stanton's character "barking" as his tv was showing a similar animal depiction.

I need to see more of his films. I did look up his wiki when TP:TR was on, his life is as interesting as the wide range of characters he portrayed. RIP~

I was actually wrong about Carl Rodd being the last moments of his career, there's still one more movie that's in post production. Frank and Ava, about Frank Sinatra and Ava Gardner.

I have a feeling that scene in Part 6 is going to resonate a lot more deeply the next time I watch it.

What an incredible life and body of work.

I am very much looking forward to seeing 'Lucky' at the earliest opportunity.

Damn, what an absolute legend. His performance in Paris, Texas is indeed one of the greatest of all time and his general body of work is impeccable. Farewell Carl Rodd.
This is - excuse me - a damn fine cup of coffee.
