Wow, I actually felt I could not believe how much dialog I had forgotten!

"C'mon cowboy, light your fire."

"Diane, I'm holding a small box of chocolate bunnies."

And I love that kid that closes his locker and does the wave down the hall.

Well, I also really wanted an Audrey card and amazingly I got one. When it comes to "chance" I usually fail every time. I hope you get an "Audrey" card from somewhere Audrey. Here's the cards I got.

10: Abandoned Train Car
22: Coop holding up his recorder in bed at the Great Northern
23: Laura's mother having a scared psychic moment
25: Laura smiling in the Red Room
27: Sheriff's dept. in a row ready to watch some Tibetan rock throwing.
28: Deer's head on the wall
30: Front shot of the Sheriff's Dept.
31: Leland, white hair, back to work
34: Maddy
37: Andy with post-its stuck to him
38: Audrey lying down :D :D :D
52: Coop drinkin coffee

So the ones that I want would be:

60: The Man From Another Place
58: Glastonbury Grove
29: Audrey with the mask
12: BOB
40: The Giant

Truly I want them all to be quite "Frank" about it. . .(really bad Well Dressed Man/Blue Velvet reference)

Anyway, the ones I'd be willing to part with for a trade would be:

25: Laura smiling in the Red Room
28: Deer's head on the wall
30: Front shot of the Sheriff's Dept.
34: Maddy
37: Andy with post-its stuck to him

All in all I'm happy with my cards though

A long-time lurker who giddily opened his box set this morning and then subsequently got excited enough to finally register here got these dozen:

11. Log Lady/lightswitch from the town meeting in the Pilot
12. Bob in the basement from the overseas Pilot/Cooper dream sequence
14. Lucy reading the Tibet book (which I'm sure probably "sucked" too)
16. Coop, Harry and the doughnut spread
18. Hawk close-up (from his chat with Cooper after the funeral)
19. Laura homecoming queen photo on Palmer side table
24. exterior of the Double-R diner
32. close-up of the Bob sketch
35. owl
41. lightning and the Roadhouse
45. Denise (still a riot after all these years)
46. Ronette dazed and walking across the bridge

I wouldn't have minded getting some more of the "iconic" shots (either from the opening or key moments like the body by the log), and like everyone, I of course have a few favorite scenes that I would have enjoyed receiving (James singing his ridiculous song, everyone leaning forward to listen to Coop's Tibet lecture), but I think I scored a decent dozen.

I got:
1: Welcome to Twin Peaks sign
4: Ronette's bridge
5: Far shot of Laura washed up on the shore
6: The Great Northern and Snoqualmie Falls
8: James and his bike overlooking town
9: Bobby sitting at a table
13: Cooper and the Tibet Map
44: Albert Rosenfeld
50: Shelly and Gordon Cole
51: Donna getting out of the meals on wheels car
60: LMFAP rubbing his hands together in the waiting room
61: Laura's face close up

I really, really want the full set. I wonder if anyone is gonna sell them on ebay?

Wow! Really? That's incredibly generous of you... If you're serious, then I would love it. I wish there was something I could give you back, though.

Lucky sod. That's my all time favorite Twin Peaks moment.

I've been thinking about that, and I don't see how. There aren't going to be enough to go around. Unless people start hoarding like 60 sets and then sell the cards for way too much money later. I doubt I'll ever be able to afford this incredible collection...

I'll be interested to see what the "Neighborrow Trading Post" is when it opens up on the dvd site. I guess it's a place for people to swap cards - but unless you have doubles of something, why would you?

The cards could definitely prove to be one of the more elusive TP collectibles.

yeah, the more i think about it, i don't really want to swap any cards. i got what i got and it was a unique experience, so why mess around with it. plus what happens when a card is lost or damaged in the mail during a swap. don't want to risk it.

Just got the gold box set and the soundtrack in the mail yesterday evening (ordered from amazon). I am sooo happy and still can't believe it actually happened. The entire Series, pilot AND new music! Been a fan since 1990 and can FINALLY get rid of my VHS copies...
Now let's hope this sells very well so the effort that went into it pays off!

Gonna post my postcard set later, but yeah, how will we ever complete a set?!?

These little postcards could become quite valuable. I should have my set next week and I'll get the cards from my brother's set as well.

Let's hope I manage to get 24 different cards. That still leaves me 37 cards to get!

Has anyone bought a boxset without the postcards?
