Guys...GUYS. This was stunning television.
Everyone's talk about the glitches with Tammy and Phyllis Hastings not being intentional need to take a look at what happens when the trucker is subjected to Sarah's possession stuff. It's that same glitch with time that we've seen. This is intentional, folks!

Pretty sure it was the footage from 'The Missing Pieces'!sylviecerise wrote:The voice didn't sound quite the same either; definitely another take that wasn't used or someone dubbed over it.garethw wrote:Was the Philip Jeffries Philadelphia scene from another take?
The dialog was subtly different, I think ("Who do you think this/that is there?").
In Memory of David Bowie, indeed. Nice.

Totally. It felt so Peaksy - the woods, both beautiful and menacing.Jasper wrote: That trip to the woods and the cinematography (and sound design) of the forest was so fantastic. This entire part had a very cinematic feel. I could absolutely see watching it in a theater, which of course some lucky people actually did.
The bridges back to the original series and becoming more firm and organic.

Sure was! James and Freddie are going to be integral to solving this mystery!blue_tomorrows wrote:Might be a minor point (in comparison), but wasn't that the Great Northern hum going on while James was checking the furnace?
Re: Part 14 - We are like the dreamer (SPOILERS)
It's the version from the Missing Pieces, which has the slight dialogue change. I'm guessing Lynch used it because that version doesn't have the Jumping Man superimposed over it.garethw wrote:Was the Philip Jeffries Philadelphia scene from another take?

Agreed. In the final cut of FWWM that portion of the scene is competing with the "convenience store" scene.Taperecorder wrote:Pretty sure it was the footage from 'The Missing Pieces'!sylviecerise wrote:The voice didn't sound quite the same either; definitely another take that wasn't used or someone dubbed over it.garethw wrote:Was the Philip Jeffries Philadelphia scene from another take?

#yaboyfreddie is back in full effect
I am really going to need Season 4. Not because I'm worried about this story, because this show is too good. Every week I have no idea what I'll see - and I spoiled myself for 14. There is still no other show like this.

The kid with the green gloves should arm wrestle Bad Coop.
Was this episode shown out of order because of what Bobby said in the RR last part?

You're joking but that is totally what I thought. Well, not arm wrestle, but that he will be the one to defeat Mr. CJerry Horne wrote:The kid with the green gloves should arm wrestle Bad Coop.

Alright, I'm dying to know someone's thought on this. Is The Fireman the same Giant or separate character?
