Except last scene from Missing Pieces with Cooper's room and bathroom. But there were some small differences in the room and bathroom between ep 29 and FWWM

I didn't look closely, but a lot of high use public areas (USA "rest stops") have polished stainless steel mirrors.

The Briggs storyline is certainly intriguing. We now are wondering how Dougie's wedding ring wound up in Briggs' dead stomach. Was it placed there by Mr. C to somehow lead the authorities to LV to arrest Dougie (or maybe now Coop, since he has taken his place)? Was Mr. C originally married to Janey-E (and father of Sonny) before manufacturing Dougie as his placeholder while he skipped town? Lots of new questions.
I haven't read much on the forum since May 21th. What made you come to the conclusion it's Major Briggs body they found without the head (with Dougie Jones' ring in the stomach)?

Ahem, have you seen pt. 5? Or were you just wandering spoiler threads aimlessly. :)

Is it possible that Briggs swallowed the ring in a deliberate attempt to draw attention to Dougie?

They may be waaaaaaaaay off base, but there's a french film "The Red Balloon" about a young boy who befriends and the balloon follows him around Paris. Since Coop is like a young child, it could be a reference to that, though that's a stretch.

I'm pretty sure when we see room 315 it will look the same as it did in the original series... Recall a few months back when all those videos of John Malkovich dressed as Lynch characters came out? There was one of him in character as Coop in room 315. I am pretty darn sure that they shot that bit on the new set of room 315 for season 3!

Maybe Indian Johnny Horne gets the Room 315 key, and this is how the missing piece connects back to Hawk's heritage.

Esselgee wrote: The link between Hawk's heritage and the Great Northern key could be that the GN has native American artwork throughout.
Hawk is Nez Perce though (if we are to believe TSHOTP), and the art seen in the Great Northern is from the sedentary cultures of the Northwest (Haida, Na-Dene peoples etc.). Nez Perce didn't use this style of wood carving; they were (semi)nomadic and lived in "tipis", not wooden houses.

I personally think the obvious implication that the "heritage" thing has something to do with him being Native American might be a red herring. It could mean something completely different, e. g. something his father/mother/other relative has done or experienced, without direct relation to them being Native American.

In any case, only time will tell.

There has to be great significance to Room 315 for the key to have survived Cooper's trans dimensional journey, when other items that were in his pockets (gun, badge, presumably a wallet) didn't.

That said, I am holding out hope that, at some point, Cooper finds his micro-cassette recorder in his inside jacket pocket.

I thought it was good. I am also getting a bit frustrated with DroolCoop. I did like certain words like Agent and Case Files seem to reawaken him. Sadly, I can see this going another 5 episodes, because that would be put us close enough to the halfway point that we can still have Agent Dale Cooper be a meaningful presence. It does feel like some of the objections in motion are headed towards one another. I mean let us review the ongoing story arcs that have to get resolved.

-Bad Cooper. DoopleCoop has ties to Jefferies, our friends in the FBI and the murder in South Dakota. We think the military is getting involved with the murder, because of Major Briggs who may or may not be the headless body in South Dakota not the ones in New York. The body contains a ring from Dougie, so...

-Drool Cooper. Here we have a group of people who see a man in need of medical attention and drop shit on him like a newly made garden. Along with Dougie and his family, we have Jade, the Casino management, his shit insurance company and the assassins we think of something to do with Jeffries. We think. We also had the Grand Northern key which is being shipped to..

-Twin Peaks. Our Friendly Neighborhood is once again besieged by a drug trader that once again involves the Horne family. This time a super secret member, maybe, and a dirty Twin Peaks Cop. Speaking of our police force, we are minus one Harry Truman thus the entire force is diminished. The Log Lady has given Hawk a mission to find Agent Cooper. We have a new Office Truman who seems more stoic than a statue and probably doesn't care or give a shit about Cooper and has a nagging wife. We do get Bobby who may have to ties to Shelly. We don't know. Shelly's kid is a Laura Palmer wannabe with a potential Leo as a boyfriend. Then there is the Horne's themselves who still own the hotel and a new pot shop thanks to Jerry. All this plus Jacoby trying to scam people to buy shovels. James guest starred to for some reason.

-The Lodges. The Lodges...Those fucking Lodges. Zero clue. Like none. We know forces opened a doorway for Dale to return, but he was thwarted by a tree arm with a head who could be Bob. Could be. We also think that Bob has connections to Evil Dale and has given him supernatural powers. We also think that someone is trying pull something out of the Black Lodge and got a bunch of horny kids killed. A murder the FBI is looking into and we might. We might next week get someone to talk to someone out of these seven camps and forge a chain of events. Maybe.

Am I missing anything?

That would be interesting for DroolCoop to listen to his older recordings and somehow recall bits of his old personality.

I don't know what else could be in Room 315 of real significance though; maybe Audrey penned some significant letter and slipped it under his door before going to the bank, only for it to get kicked under the bed (again)?

Or maybe the Josie nightstand has somehow ended up in 315.
