Who knew Jan D'arcy would get one of the best scenes in the series so far. Very Clockwork Orange.

That Rebekah Del Rio song was incredible.

God, with the chipper teddy bear on repeat in the background. I felt so sad and powerless and on edge during that scene. This show is just so good.

The Brown Lodge wrote:So Diane is dirty and Richard is Audreys son. Who'd have thunk it?
And Stephen is violent to Becky.

When will the good side start kicking some butt?

A coffee cup was thrown through a window!!

And that song No Stars was spectacular. Instant favorite.

That was one of the most intense and uncomfortable television viewing experiences I've had in my life. I loved it.

The Minchum brothers scene with them talking to Anthony was the most soapy feeling so far (not a bad thing). Loved how they were playing that anxious-sounding song from the original series.

Loving what I saw tonight.

Dougie's sex scene was an all timer as well.

Or is Albert? Wasn't there some suspicion about him a ways back on here? Didn't he keep the fact that he was in contact with Jeffries from Cole?

Yeah, that's exactly what I felt. Exactly the same kind of helpless nausea.

And poor Becky. And poor lady in the pretty little caravan whose name escapes me.

There was some serious nastiness in this part.

But we saw our beloved Log Lady, and Albert happy with one of our new favourite characters, and a beautiful song from Rebekah Del Rio that shares elements with "The World Spins".

No Stars, written by David Lynch, John Neff, and Rebekah Del Rio. Red River Valley, performed by Harry Dean Stanton. Any idea what part had Headless Chicken by Thought Gang? Johnny and Sylvia assault?

Well, we got the promised coffee cup flying through a window scene.

Cole having visions of Laura from FWWM? That seems rather random. Can anyone identify what scene that footage came from?

Bingo. As disturbing as that famous Kubrick scene.

This is the Twin Peaks return I expected.

Lucy's outfit tonight was definitely the same as the one in the last episode during the chair-buying scene. But later in that episode, she's wearing a different one, when she tells the guys she's on her lunch break, implying two days passed in part 9. Continuity error or non-linear storytelling?
