Cooper is telling the One Armed Man to make another Dougie (like him) to give the Jones a happily ever after. He stumbles on some of his sentences in his goodbye in telling them Dougie will be back. Cooper is fixing things. Cooper is not giving up on what he does best in life... "I am the FBI."

Yes that's what I think too. Cooper belongs with the FBI.

To me Cooper is the type of character who is destined to never be able to lead a totally normal life. I think he's needed as a protector of sorts.

Diane got Mr. C's text at 16:31. That's 4:31. Probably because it didn't send right away (this happens to me a lot on my phone haha). 4:30 PM in Buckhorn should be light, as it is shown to be, but then it definitely shouldn't be dark in Twin Peaks (we can assume they're in the vicinity because of Jerry). Clearly that message sent with a significant delay. Or it was sent into the future... regardless the timelines aren't matching AT ALL.

he didn't say right or wrong. he said two of them matched while one didn't.

I am assuming the ones that didn't match were Diane's. She provide part of the co-ordinates but not all, hence the text FULL? Which set her off. The other two matched and were provided to him to kill him off.

I tried pausing it during Audrey's dance, and I really do think there may be a symbol/tattoo on her left arm. It looks a little too "angular" to be a bruise, but so far I haven't got a good screenshot of it.

Yeah, while I'd love for him to go back to Janey-E and Sonny Jim - I loved Kyle with Naomi - I think Coop is going back on the job. He will create a better Dougie for them.

I think they'll handle Bobby/Shelly/Becky/Red etc. very quickly next week. I think Red ties in to the Bad Dale's criminal empire and will be disposed of, while the Briggses will reconnect.
