It's 2 hours.
Bigger question will be whether Sky Atlantic runs it with commercials. I'm damned if I'll sit up all night dealing with six minutes of commercials every few minutes...

I don't have access to Sky Atlantic, but it being a PPV channel, I don't expect them to break shows at all, or do they usually do that???

Quick google suggests that they do, even for game of thrones, which a lot of people are unhappy about. Looks like we're stuck with ad breaks during the live broadcast and pointless idents breaking up the on-demand streams

Interesting interview with Laura Harring in which she discusses, essentially, turning down a role in the new season: http://www.dazeddigital.com/artsandcult ... -interview

Screw that agent! :P

No seriously, don't artist's have their own creative control after all...?

Also interesting how it's being stated as "200 cameos"...

Everything increasingly points to a lot of these more well known actors having very small roles, the exceptions probably being Watts, Belushi and Knepper.

Dern also seems to have a substantial role due to her long working relationship with Lynch. I doubt she would be present at the TCA event if it was a very small part.

Also, Club Silencio looks like the Red Room?

Just chiming in because I want to post something. Nothing to see here. Just watching and waiting. What a wait this has been. Speculation abounds. We know nothing, really. Even those of us who are local saw stuff that can't be readily explained. Nothing has come easy. In a few weeks, we'll all know.... something more. What that is, nobody knows. Even then, we may not know.

I like that. A lot.
We live inside a dream.

But the question is...how did her agent know it was one of 200 cameos? It doesn't seem likely that information was given. And even if Lynch didn't quite have a role in mind for her and was just reaching out and saying "are you interested in a small role?" that still doesn't explain how an agent, or Laura Harring for that matter, would know there it would be one small role amongst that many others. It seems to me her agent wanted her to hold out for a bigger role, and only now is Harring/her agent assuming that there are 200 cameos. Any thoughts on that, anyone?

I would think even Lynch would be upfront with whether they were looking at her for something that would require blocking six months of her time, or two days.

Anyway, I won't miss Laura Harring. Now Justin Theroux on the other hand, I'm still super bummed he's not showing up.

They do. In the end it was her decision to make, but the agent probably advised her to ask for something more substancial, especially given her past working relationship with Lynch.

Ugh, tell me about it. He was probably shooting The Leftovers at the time.

"The original Twin Peaks ending, with the old man, was hysterical.”
What does this mean?

Probably thinking of the bank vault scene.
