Notified today: this is officially cancelled.
Unfortunate, but at least nobody will be caught off guard by the news.

The Graceland website hasn't been changed. Was there anything in the notification about an online event? (Doesn't sound like it.)

No, but I saw some chatter on the Twin Peaks: Between Two Worlds FB page about something like that. "Since the 30th Anniversary has kind of been demolished by COVID-19 would you love to purchase autographs from the stars of Twin Peaks and receive a personalized video from them?"
