Maybe it's too soon to bring this up, but maybe we could start a postcard "trading" thread. For example, I would like nothing better than getting an Audrey Horne postcard. . .If I don't get one, but have a card that someone would like more than their Audrey card, a trade could be initiated.

I mean, it would be pretty hard to get rid of any of them. All of them are cool, but some are definitely cooler than other's and I'm sure different fans opinions on which ones they want are going to vary.

Just a thought.

So in the official "rules" on the greetingsfromtwinpeaks website it says that the postcards will be in "specially-marked "Twin Peaks: Definitive Gold Box Edition"DVD box sets at participating retailers". . .

Does anyone know if this means that some box sets don't actually have postcards?

I'm just torn as to whether to order the box set or buy it at a store. At a store at least I'd know if it had the postcards in it or not. . . (plus i could use some sort of "Tibetan Rock Throwing" to determine which one had the best cards)

As soon as I get a set I'll post which cards I got.

I belive it means the first 60,000 boxes released will have the postcards. I think you'll be fine if you buy it within the first week or so. I hope one of us gets a Lynch signed one. That would be a blast!

Are the postcards inside the boxset or attached to the outside?

I think this is a nice idea for the box set, but I'm not sure what the people that want the entire postcard set are going to do.

I do hope on of our members gets one of the rare cards.

I very much doubt they would remove them. They should be sealed inside the box.

Alright! I'm VERY happy with the cards I got. They are are as follows:

# 1 - Classic Twin Peaks sign and road
# 2 - Bird on branch
# 3 - Packard Saw Mill
# 6 - The Great Northern Hotel waterfall
# 7 - Close-up of saw and gear
# 8 - James looking over beautiful view
# 54 - Dead Dog Farm :o
# 55 - Windom Earle!!! :D :D :D
# 56 - Annie Blackburn!!! :D :D :D
# 58 - Glastonbury Grove!!! :D :D :D
# 60 - The Man From Another Place (looking rather menacing) :D
# 61 - Iconic dead Laura Palmer close-up :D

Pretty great set. I managed to get the first three!!! and the last two!!!

There are only two out there I would be willing to trade for. Albert Rosenfield and the Maddy close-up. If anyone has those, let me know.

I'm psyched about how great this set is!
