So I stumbled across this "true crime" story:

There are a number of oddly coincidental aspects to the story for any Lynch fan.

* Her body was disposed of from Mulholland Drive.
* No one came forward to claim her body
* She remained unidentified for years
* She was eventually identified as Reet.
* She was from Canada
* Found on the body: a unique ring (used in the "Can You Identify" poster)
