Kyle made this strange comment that there will be a whole series of Making-Of type DVDs coming out. Whatever that means, weird if it would be separate releases from a complete Season 3 release.

And as I mentioned in the main board thread, not The Return.

Makes a lot more sense to label it as the third season instead of "The Return", being that it's a direct continuation of the story.

Slightly odd cover considering the two composited photographs are taken from different angles.

Very interesting that they are calling it the third season yet it's been referred to as The Return this whole time!

Damn great cover for sure.

As i was saying on this thread already please let the cover be anything but Laura Palmer on the cover again shes all over the soundtrack images.

Is it just me but is THE THIRD SEASON writing like made really big looking than what it should be..

It could be a mock up image so far from what the real cover will finally look like.

"The Return" is the subtitle of season 3, its above season 3, hence the title

I am glad it will be on DVD too, since I do not own a Blu Ray.

Curious that Frost did not do a simultaneous like they did for the original announcement.

Whats up with the Lodge floor pattern put in these red colours instead of usual black & white?

It's far from conclusive, but I'm still getting very excited about this being "The Third Season," when it easily could've been dubbed "The Return" or (gulp) "The Final Season."

Wonder if another season could be announced this year, or if holiday season sales figures on this set will be considered before anything moves forward.
