Still in the midst of all this. I'm at the chiller theater expo in New Jersey. It was about an hour trek from Manhattan -and decided to make a weekend out of it. I thought I would be completely out of my element with all the horror enthusiasts. But so far everyone's been just great, and having a terrific time.

Sherilyn is just terrific. Completely personable, fun, a little self deprecating. And gorgeous. I've been able to talk to her a few times already- and I'm sure someone will have to bail me out of jail later.

A fun tidbit - "Do your palms ever itch?" Well, that came from Sherilyn asking the question one day to David, just off the cuff. She probably had an itch. Well, then David put it in. "And you know, everything he does has to mean something," she joked. And then she followed it up to me with, "Do you like my ring?"

And also we laughed about Audrey's fate. "David said Audrey didn't die," she told me. And I asked her to repeat it loudly, "AUDREY DID NOT DIE!!" I said that was damn right and asked her why, "because Audrey's a bad-ass" and we finished together, she "gets what she wants!"

Okay, off to do some more stalking...

Oh, when I met her last night for the first time, I was already two gin and tonics in. And then went to her and it was probably like I was meeting the President of the United States or something. I'm sure it was really dorky -I think I even said that to her- but I remember shaking her hand and telling her how much the show and Audrey meant to me. I don't remember what I blathered on about. But I do know I bought her a wine, and also have her half-drank water bottle. (So now we can start on the cloning process).

I should also probably just give her my credit card and PIN number.

I was at the convention yesterday and I can only confirm what has been said so far - sherilyn is absolutely AMAZING ! ! !
she jokes around, answers every question ...I wish I had asked more but I didn't want to be a creep and hang around the table forever. I got my sherilyn fenn poster signed with "I am Audrey Horne and I get what I want" and talked a little bit to her tho. I asked her about the scene where she gets blown up in the bank. she said she called david as soon as she had read about it in the script and he said that it's just a cliffhanger and that he would never kill audrey. she also told me that she had just got her wisdom teeth removed when the scene in the class room was shot. I asked her if she would do any conventions in the future and she said that she doesnt know but she MIGHT do something in London (UK) this year

Yay!! So glad some people went. I'm over in NJ next month so I was a little gutted that it was mis-timed. I really hope she does come over to the UK.. I would definitely make the trek to London to meet her.

And that's me at her table, Angel Lucky me! I must confess, I had a hand in getting her toes wet in convention land--I've been working with booking agents for shows like this for just less than a year-- and we plan to work together again

I had not met her face to face until she came to my room to do a bulk advance private signing for AutographWorld.com. The cleaning lady hadn't come yet. Boy was I freaked out! But she knew exactly who I was when she walked in and greeted me with that million dollar smile and a hug. (Kristanna Loken was first, so that helped)

Sherilyn is such a gracious, charming, and completely frank and down to earth woman. Her son is adorable, too, as you can imagine. She was happy to get up, take pictures and put an arm around every fan, and I think she had a pretty good weekend! We even had a meet and greet with Alice Cooper together

Please scan in your drawing that she signed! That was such a neat item. I also saw her sign a pair of saddle shoes: "Isn't it too dreamy?"

So many cool memories and anecdotes from this weekend. For instance, Brooke McCarter (Lost Boys), was in Thrashin' with her and he told me a funny story about watching the Red Hot Chili Peppers do their scene and he and Sherilyn were there, and she brought her boyfriend. Some non-actor named Johnny Depp. I got a female fan really jealous when I said "Sherilyn touched Johnny Depp... more than once!" Truly, men want her and women want to be her!

p.s. There was also a reality show being filmed at the time that focused a lot on us (my booker, Sherilyn, myself and Audrey Horne.) Who knows if that will see the light of day?

i was going to say that looks a hell of alot like you sitting next to sherilyn, but i assumed it wasnt because of the long ago TP fest clusterfuck. i am gladly proved wrong.
