David Lynch Birthplace?

Hi, I'm going to visit Missoula, Montana on vacation. I would love to visit David Lynch's birthplace. Does anyone know where it is?

A few years ago I visited Snoqualmie and someone on this board helped me take a twin peaks tour of various filming locations. It turned out to be one of the best vacations of my life. Aside from the thrill of seeing the actual locations, it's a wonderful way to see a place -- to have an address and zigzag through regular old streets that tourists never travel.
