Blue Velvet: THE MUSICAL

Post by jmichael »

Oh boy, just when you think you've seen it all, Playbill ran this story today:
http://www.playbill.com/news/article/15 ... r-November

Anyone headed to or in North Carolina in November want to check this out?

This doesn't strike me as the sort of thing Lynch would endorse, but then again, we've already seen an opera of "Lost Highway."

That's just sick...(the idea of the musical, not you.)

Nooo!!! I used to work in the theatre, and worked on literally hundreds of musicals. They are the WORST form of mindless 'high-brow' entertainment there is! To reduce "Blue Velvet" to that is blasphemy!
