By the Philip Jeffries Theme, are you referring to the music used in this video?

If so I hope Lynch releases this song soon, because it is my most favorite track from the movie.

Here's an updated list for FWWM as far as I can tell:

Fire Walk With Me (slight alternate saxophone beginning)
Deer Meadow Shuffle
Mysterioso #1 (with bar of James Visits Laura at the start)
Deer Meadow Shuffle
Teresa's Autopsy (unreleased)
Don't Do Anything (I Wouldn't Do)
Deer Meadow Shuffle
Mysterioso #2 (Film Version)
Mysterioso #1 (Film Version)
Dance Of The Dream Man (Solo Sax) (series track)
Phillip Jefferies scene (unreleased)
Fire Walk With Me
Unease Motif/The Woods (not-reversed) (series track)
Twin Peaks Theme (series track)
The Bookhouse Boys (series track)
Half Heart
A Real Indication
Girl Talk
A Real Indication
Laura Visits Harold (unreleased)
RR Swing
The Black Dog Runs At Night
Behind The Mask (unreleased)
Best Friends
Wash Your Hands (unreleased)
Leland's Remorse (unreleased)
Laura Palmer's Theme (Piano) (unreleased) (series track)
Laura's Dark Boogie
The Pine Float
Questions In A World Of Blue
The Pink Room
Blue Frank
Dark Mood Woods
Best Friends
It's Your Father (unreleased)
Laura's Dark Boogie
The Black Dog Runs At Night
Fire Walk With Me
Nightsea Wind
Laura Palmer's Theme (series track)
Drug Deal Blues (series track)
Night Bells (series track)

James Visits Laura
Birds In Hell
Moving Through Time
Laura Palmer's Theme (second half mixed with an additional dark synth line) (series track)
The Pink Room
Jacques' Cabin/Way To The Train Car (unreleased)
Train Car (unreleased)
Requiem In C Minor
Post Murder/Glastonbury Grove (unreleased)
Sycamore Trees (Instrumental)
Voice Of Love

It seems like some of what's left use parts of Unease Motif/The Woods (reversed or not) as part of their "mix" along with other elements.

Wash Your Hands (unreleased)
Laura Palmer's Theme (Piano) (unreleased) (series track)
Leland's remorse is missed between these two tracks, Ross. One of most wanted themes for me!

The Black Dog Runs At Night
Best Friends
And The man behind the mask between these two (Laura gently goes upstairs at her room). I'm not sure it's unique theme but though... :?
Night Bells (series track)
It mixed with another slow speed orchestra motif. It could be called You killed Mike

This is an awesome list, Ross! Thanks for putting it together! There are definitely still more treasures left in the world of FWWM.

- Laura under the bush - "It's not him!"
- Laura and Donna - "Are you my best friend?"
- Laura and Leland - before "Wash your hands"
- Laura and Leland - "Wash your hands" (mixed with Uneasy motif)

5. DARK MOTIF #5 - LELAND'S REMORSE
- Leland starts crying at the bedroom

6. DARK MOTIF #6 - YOU KILLED MIKE
- Laura and Bobby near the corpse (second half mixed with Night bells)

7. DARK TREMOLO
- Teresa's autopsy (at the beginning mixed with 24 hours)
- Phillipp Jeffries's trip (mixed with other elements)
- "I wanna taste throught your mouth" (short excerpt in the final)
- Laura, Leland and the one-armed man - "It's your father!" (mixed with other elements)

You are right. There is definitely an unreleased slow track there. We don't hear much of it, but its different than anything released.
