Correct me if I am wrong in my assumption, but I am convinced, that if you can buy these tracks separately, there are not included in the COMPLETE pack by mistake by the artist. So the solution I was expecting was them to contact the artist (because there is IMHO no way for me to do that directly by myself), to fix the content of the complete pack, when this was reported, so anybody who will buy it from now on will have the complete pack and those who bought it later can re-download it with the missing tracks.
I sent a followup email to the "tracks not included in package" response, basically stating that I figured it was a mistake that they were not included in the purchase of the album, since those three tracks are sold as the Dark Mood Woods bundle (for .99) as a part of the Twin Peaks archive.
The reply I got back was:
"Sorry for any confusion, but those tracks are not included in the digital package that you purchased, which is why they are not showing up when you click "Show Contents". This digital package was created by the artist's team, and if you have any questions about the contents, you will be able to reach them via the artist's website here: http://davidlynch.com/index/
For reference, Topspin is a software media platform that helps artists connect with their fans and sell to them directly. This is why you see our name at the bottom of emails and purchase windows from the artist. Thanks for your patience and cooperation with this particular issue. By purchasing from the artist's website, you have supported them more directly, and for that they thank you." So it is apparently up to me to followup with "the artist's team". Although I am also disappointed with the "customer support" on this issue, I gave up and spent the 99 cents to get the missing tracks.
