There's a lot here, although because it's David Lynch and TP, the real analysis will only come retrospectively once we've seen the entire show. Any speculation at this point has a very short shelf life... but that's part of the fun!

So many name drops and numbers to parse through. Didn't expect Jeffries and Briggs to feature so prominently. Is Betty.. Briggs? is there more than one timeline? Is there another Laura doppelganger?

I'd also like to propose (it's probably already been said): It looked like Mr C had cultivated a fair amount of garmonbozia (especially compared to Dougie). Losing it seems to have made him revert a little back to what he was in the season 2 finale.

I don't think it's losing it that made him revert, rather the appearance of Good Coop, when there should be only one at a time.

Two things struck me about this line from DoppelCoop - and the fact that he said "very" backwards (as some of you keenly caught & I hadn't) is making me think even more:

DopCoop WANTS to tell Gordon about his work - why would this be so important to him?

1. There's a Gordon Cole Doppelgänger out there, and DopCoop thinks that's who he's talking to.

2. BOB wants to move his spirit from Cooper's body to Gordon's body for some reason.

It seems pretty clear that was the reason for him looking that information up. The question is... and I'm not entirely clear on this... Is he going in there for Ray (my assumption), Hastings (Is he there?) or both of them?

About this possibility that Laura Palmer might be alive at the end..with Leland saying to Dale in the Black Lodge to save Laura..

Hmm i dont know what to think about this.

In the 27 year history of the show with the image of Laura been found dead & the famous line "shes dead wrapped in plastic" , Setting up & starting the show.

Even with all the supernatural things going on in the show.Certain things like bringing characters back from the dead in the real world other than just seeing their spirits in the Black Lodge i think would take away the impact of Lauras death on the whole story..
What next will Leland be also alive at the end & the Palmer family will be all back together.

David & Mark are hardly taking the story this way?

Instead of " Shes dead wrapped in plastic line now when its all said & done the new saying will be..No shes alive & well after all this time
