Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
Deadline.com aren't massively enamoured with the series: http://deadline.com/2017/09/twin-peaks- ... 202160498/ It's an interestingly balanced review of it.

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
Don't remember any resolution to that :? Wait, didn't Empire promise ALL the answers?!? They did! There's an email address at the end of the article to email them questions about TPTR. Maybe I should! The dog leg poses the question (or rather I do about the dog leg) - where is the rest of the...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
Sorry, just to go a bit off topic, this thought just popped into my head before going to bed. Did we ever find out what on earth the dog leg in the boot of Bad Coop's car was all about? Did I blink and miss it? Sorry, just a random!

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
I agree with part of your post but part is nonsense. I loved FWWM too for what it's worth. But to say that those who enjoyed the show are behaving better than those those who didn't is totally wrong. Look at this thread for God's sakes. It was created for one specific purpose. Lovers of the show ha...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
I'm kinda tired so likely shouldn't be posting this now and this is the first time I've had to post since watching the last episodes. I refuse to call them 'parts' lol. I feel like I'm swimming against the current a little because I was actually intrigued by the last two episodes. It may be because ...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
(And happy finale day to you too - may these be the finest two hours of television ever created :) ) I echo this and still for some reason, have optimism that maybe it will be that :) It won't wipe away the past 16 episodes but maybe I'll be able to look at the last two episodes as a standalone mov...

119 is also 315 in heximal base! ;) As LMFAP would say "Wrong way!" You ran into an engineer here, this "heximal" mind trick did not work on me  (heximal is now what, base 6?) Ahahhaah :) yeah, heximal is base 6 :) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Omg all I can hear is Char...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
Masterpiece? Well, they're creaming themselves already because the Washington Post still like it. Which suggests The Return is no masterpiece. Few TV masterpieces ever needed fans to say week after week "See, it IS good. No, honestly. Look! Here's a review that says so." Or had a profound...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
A story where Cooper would have to track his doppelganger and try to stop him. One where he would have to slowly understand that hate and anger wouldn't help but acceptance and goodness. One where Cooper finally don't fight and kill his doppel but largely open his arms and welcome him home. I hear ...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
I just don't think a S4 is in the cards. Lynch isn't exactly prolific, and I think he probably dumped all his ideas into TR. Showtime president David Nevins said that, although another season wasn't out of the question, his talks with L&F always revolved around TR being a limited one-off thing....
