I wonder who it goes to this year.

I've got my opinions about the Academy's verdicts from past years. Some major mistakes IMO, although I tend to think that if a film gets awarded, it's most probably good. After this year's ceremony has gone, I'd like to discuss here some past Oscars but for now - what are your favourites?

I haven't seen too many candidates but The Artist is my favourite for Best Film, while Gary Oldman - for Best Actor. I find his performance in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy just outstanding!

Still I suppose it's going to be George Clooney's year...
