Rank the Series Writers

I was reading the thread about the directors with interest (http://www.dugpa.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4174). Anyone want to have a go at ranking the writers? Or let me know if such a thread already exists! I haven't rewatched in awhile so I'll sit it out for now, but curious to read other's takes.
